Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I went to work, and I ate: only ONE roll yay! three pieces of dove chocolate, (ik, ik bad)a few slices of pickles, half a burger with only one side of the bun, and a small plate of buttered noddles. plus just a little bit of frosting from the cake. I think today I ate about 1200 calories (lunch: peanut butter toast, apple sauce, rice cakes) but it was mostly in bad things (butter, chocolate, frosting, roll) . Will it make me gain weight even though it was only 1200 calories? I am going to stay on track tomorrow because I don't have to work. And jeez when did people get so negative on this site?! this is supposed to be motivational!!! =/
