Ht. 5' 1", Wt. 146 - hey i guess im new to this. well after my birthday i was feeling kinda depressed and then i stepped on the scale and saw that i weighed a 174 pounds and immeadiately started freaking out. i lost 7 pounds the next week but then i gained 5 of it back after my friends party. i stopped watching what i was eating for a while when i noticed that i had still managed to lose 3 lbs without a conciouss effort. right now i have lost about 28lbs. without giving up food that is a guilty pressure. somehow i manage to have pizza once or twice a week with my friends and still lose 2lb. every week. this summer is also helping because i have volleyball for an hour and a half in the morning monday-thursday and an extra wednesday night practice- plus my mom or step dad are never home so i am forced to bike if i want 2 go anymore!! my goal is to lose 20 more pounds this summer!!
