Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - ok so i want to lose weight over the summer because i think the reason i never have a boyfriend is because i am heavier. i am fine with my personality, i just have a hard time talking to guys because i am so self concious. plus my mom said she would pay me $50 if i lost the weight as a little incentive- not really working however. I just am an emotional eater. if i'm bored, I eat. if i am sad, I make myself some nice chocolate covered strawberries. i just can't seem to find a way to deal with it anymore. today for breakfast i had a bowl of cereal with skim milk and strawberries. lunch i had the rest of the strawberries, a banana, some pasta salad, a cookie, and chips with taco dip. i however did some physical stuff= i played with my cousin for like a half hour (babysitting) on the swingset and pushing him around, and i had tennis for an hour and a half- but its not really intense tennis if you know what i mean. when i got back from tennis i had a piece of watermelon, and i am thinking about not eating dinner becuase of all i ate at lunch. help?!
