Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4-5'5?, Wt. 153 Goal: 140 - Hey guys! I'm very excited! I did a weigh-in this morning, and I've lost 2 more pounds since last week! I'm feeling great! I've got in my walk for the last 4-5 days also. My caloric intake, I still can't get up to where it needs to be. I'm just not that hungry. I get in my 3 meals per day, but they just don't contain as many calories as they should. I'm thinking that I could lose a lot more if I got it up some. Anyways, I did some calculations, and I lose about 2 pounds each week. I usually get on a 5 pound loss mark every two weeks. It looks as if I can get to 145 by my birthday! Then, I can definitely hit 140 by the wedding. It is going to take a lot of rough work, and even if I don't get there by then, well atleast I tried, and I've still made quite a lot of success on the way. My dad is probably going to take us to Ryan's restaurant today, and I'm very worried about that. Usually I stick with the same old food everyday, never steering off course or trying anything new. I'm going to try and stick with fruits and veggies when I go there though, one serving. They usually give your rolls, so I might try 1-2 of those. Anyways, things are looking good for me. For the rest of you: don't give up! The road might look long and bleak if you are just starting out, but get motivated! If you work hard and have faith, there is always a payoff somewhere. It might not turn out exactly as planned, but trust me, there are benefits. :D Best of Luck! Oh and by the way: as you can see, my height still confuses me. I attempted to do another measurement yesterday, and yesterday I came out most of the time as being 5'5. I really need to seek some parental help from this. Sticking a pencil past my head, scribbling on the wall, and then taking out the measuring tape to measure, isn't my idea of fun. I usually end up in a mess with the measuring tape all tangled around me, scribblings on the wall, and a lot of eraser shavings on the floor. I don't want to be in denial and say that I'm 5'5, but then I don't want to be saying I'm 5'4 if I'm really 5'5. I know it seems like it should be a simple task, to know how tall one is, but I always seem to make the simplest tasks the hardest ones. :D
