Ht. 6'2", Start: 263 lb, Today: 263 lb, Goal: 220 lb - I am a senior in high school and the oldest of 5 brothers. I have always been overweight but only recently has it really began to bother me. I would definitely look to lose some weight before going off to college. I just do not know where to start. I know I am one of the few guys on here but I would appreciate it if you would help me. Is 220 a good goal weight? I am tall at 6 foot 2 so while it might seem heavy I think losing 40 pounds would help me. Or should I lose more? I carry a lot of the weight in my stomach and I have moobs. My waist is 40+ inches. I started to get worried because I found out I weigh more than my dad now who i always thought of as fat so to think i weigh more when we are the same height freaked me out. just help me any way you can. thank you.
