Ht. 177 cm, Start: 128 kg, Today: 102 kg, Goal: 68 kg - Today is a horrible day.This week was going so well. I had barely eaten anything all week and things were great. But this morning my boyfriend surprised me with breakfast in bed which consisted basically completely of fatty foods. With cheesecake for dessert. I devoured everything, and I HATE myself for it. Of course I tried to burn it all and go for jog but now that i've eaten so much again I am hungry constantly and eating. I almost feel like my boyfriend wanted me to eat that much again. I love him, but I don;t want to be fat anymore. What do I do?
