Ht. 5'8", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Hey guys. I have been having a rough time in the weight loss department. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago, but I have gained most of it back in the last couple of months. I have started riding my bike nearly 20 miles a day, but I am still gaining weight. I'm really starting to lose hope. I need a buddy, or multiple buddies, that I can talk to for support. Does anybody have any ideas?
