Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Only been 4 days and I lost a pound! I'm starting to get the hang of this now. The first three days were brutal though, i was SO moody and irritable and felt like i was going to cry constantly. I don't know if it was because of PMS (sorry tmi) or because i hit rock bottom and had no self esteem and didn't completely believe i could stick with it but so far so good. I'm NOT going to fall off the wagon again. I will diet consistently for 4 weeks straight and allow myself ONE day of eating whatever i want (within reason) before beginning again. In 8 weeks i hope to lose 12 pounds. I think the key is not denying yourself anything. My mom had brought home some two-bite brownies and I allowed myself to have 4 of them (360 calories) But I kept it within my calorie allowance so i feel as though I cheated when I really didn't. Hope everyones doing great, let's liven up this board though, its pretty dead lol have a good one ladies
