Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'11", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Hey all, Never thought id be looking on the internet about being fat :P even though I am overweight. =/ I am going on a vactation for summer with my mom to Mexico and the beach seems SO relaxing, but im embarrassed because I am overweight. I am muscular and my friends or people who I play sports with always like to call me "tank" or "beast" and I honestly like it. But I cant keep my mind off of the kids who are skinny and stuff, with people calling me fat when I was a kid... maybe 10 but I lost about 35 pounds, I just hate being embarrassed about being overweight. People always go to the conclusion that fat people always eat all day and all they do is eat cake,McDonalds,chips,chocolate... For my this honestly isnt true. I gained a lot of weight when I was a young kid, about 7-9. My mom went to Mc Donalds about 3-4 times a week. Im not trying to use this as an excuse but I think I was honestly too young to understand what this would do with my body. I play football, rugby, wrestling and my cardio is about the same as the "skinny" kids. So the idea of fat kids can't run is complete B*****. If anyone is still reading and cares can you please send some replys giving me some tips. and If anyone wants to be a weight loss budy I think it would make the experiance a more enjoyable one. Thanks.
