Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Does anyone know how to lose weight. I am kinda stuck in a trap where i overeat and then feel guilty and then undereat and then overeat etc. I eat around 5000 cals a day and i have recently been gaining weiight. I wanna stop this now b4 its to late. I also do swimming, running, gymnastics, or cycling forr at least an hour each day
