BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 216.4 lb, Today: 208.4 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I haven't posted since september and things haven't been going well. I've gained 7lbs. since last time I checked. My problem isn't that I don't exercise. I dance three days a week, go to weight a classes and zumba classes. I love to exercise but my love of food just out weights it. I started buying food at school which is never a good plan and eating during the night. One thing i wish for is to have someone to talk about this stuff with. When the conversation about weight comes up with my friend, they all say that I look fine and not to worry. But I AM OVERWEIGHT!! I know it, and though my friends are trying to be nice and not say anything I would perfere them to say that they know I have a problem and are willing to help instead of pretending like there is nothing wrong. My two friends who also aren't in the best shape don't help much either. One of them says that they don't care if they have flab so he's not going to the gym or help me eat right and my other friend has a membership to a differnt gym and does pot so I don't feeling talking to her about healthy habits because she's not a very good example. I just wish I had someone to talk to that was trying to loose weight a healthy way and that didn't pretend like the problem of my weight doesn't exist. Thanks for letting me rant.
