Ht. 5'3.5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Ugh I'm so frustrated with myself, It seems like every week i "start my diet " then eat something bad and then I restart it AGAIN. This has been an on-going cycle for the longest time. I say this everytime but I truthfully want to make a change. I want to be healthy. i want to be able to share clothes with my skinny friends. I want to look good in a swimsuit. I want boys to like me :( if anyone has any tips or advice for me please comment, it would be really appreciated !
