Ht. 5'1", Start: 175 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 129 lb - My struggle with my weight has been with me for the longest time. I began high school weighing 175lbs. I am currently starting my junior and have reached a whopping 250 pounds! I gained the weight because I eat a lot of food during lunch. Also since my mom has begun working, she has left me money to buy some food when I get home and I usually buy 2 burgers with large fries and a soda or I would buy a pizza and finish all of it with breadsticks. With the money left over I would also drive to the nearest store and buy lodes of chips, cakes or other unhealthy snacks and eat them while doing my homework or watching TV. I don’t know what to do anymore, my doctor told me that I am in the obese class type 2 which made me cry my eyes out. I need help otherwise I will gain even more weight. I already have a hard time walking and spend most of my time lying in bed watching TV because of it so I don’t think this will be easy but I have to try. Please post some comments and help me get on the right path.
