Hello everyone. I hate myself now... i was on spring break with my family and we ate out for every meal. I tried to watch what I ate, but obviously didnt do a good job! -I gained 4 pounds! I knew it would come, but now I am so so so sad and mad at myself. I hola-hooped for 15 min today though. I hope I can lose this weight. I had enough to begin with. I dont need another 4. but its here! Any workouts that you know of that dont need any props? I dont have a tv anymore either. I had to sell it for money. Help Me!
