Ht. 5'5", Start: 168 lb, Today: 158 lb - Hi im 5"5 and 158 pounds n a 34" waist. i used to be 168 pounds but i lost some ages ago and i cant seem to go back on track (im from the UK) and im a size 12-14 over here (dont know what size over in US) and i was wondering how do i stop eating sweet things? i try and then i forget and im always at the biscuits and im getting so much spots and my love handles are getting really big. The thing that worries me is the bitchy girls who always look at u and say things and they are like size 6s and dead pretty with mini skirts on and it makes me sad to think that i cant do ne of that stuff because my legs are so huge! and all the guys go for them at my school and wont go for plump me. can anyone help me please? :'( can someone also tell me that if u loose weight, does the love handles stay and ur legs stay the same? thank you.
