Ht. 5'4", Today: 190 lb, Goal: 120 lb - To all of those of you who have lost an enormous amount of weight -- How do you do it? I really want to lose about 70 lbs, but I really can't get myself to do it. I'm overweight, and it's disgusting. I do try to eat right, but that only works for a period of time, because then I go back to my old, gluttonus ways. It really blows. I want to exercise, but both of my knees are busted from things that I used to do, like cheerleading and track.I know that all of my friends think I'm overweight, but they're just a little too nice to say it. They say, "Oh, you're just fine the way you are!" But I'm not! I'm 5'4" and 190lbs! How the hell is that fine? I know that it partially has to do with my personality, but what about my image? I look in the mirror, and all I see is this person with a huge tummy, flabby arms and butt, huge thighs, and what looks like a double chin. It drives me up the wall!The problem is, is that I don't look 190lbs, I look about 170lbs to other people. But that's because I have big bones and just a bit of muscle left in me. It's still gross and I can't stand it.So, anyway... Is there anybody who can help me with my problem?
