Ht. 5'5", Today: 185 lb - ok this is my frist bulletin board thingy im 13 5'4, 5'5 and i weigh between 170 185 lbs and i try to stay on a diet but i can never do it i see something that im not suppose to have and i eat it and after i do i get mad at my self for doin so i excercise right before i go to bed i do between 100-200 sit ups and 100-200 leg thingys and yea if i think of anything else to do do that but i was wondering if anyone knows an easier and quicker way to keep a diet and different excercise or any kind of idea at all on how to lose weight i would extremly appreciate it please email me at dolphincr8zy@yahoo.com thank you very much
