hi, i'm new here and truly hope that my message will be replied. i am slightly overweight for my height. What should i do? i am heavier than everyone in my class except 5 people, it's especially embarrassing when the teacher weighs me in front of everyone and they become very shocked. actually, i'm currently on a diet and jumps for 15 mins a day, 60 squats every other day, 40 pushups every day, stretching for 15 mins, 15 mins of situps every day, what else can i do? i have a lot of fats under my arms, thighs, inner thighs and big stomach. i would really appreciate your help, i need to lose 5 kilograms by december and i cannot spend any money because my parents do not know that i'm trying to lose weight but they go around telling people that i'm very fat which affects my self-esteem, please help!!!!!!!!!
