here I go again...I'm 144.5. AAhh! ok..Today I just jogged 1 mile and walked two..I ate a big bowl of special K with 2% and whole milk mixed..I ran out of 2% so I had to use whole..and with stawberries..For lunch and dinner I'm going to have a six inch turkey sub on wheat..no mayo or anything but veggies and stuff. I hope this works. I'm not going to let myself mess up again. I need to think positive..oh and get this..since I gained the weight my best friend since 3rd grade..the one I have had all my birthday parties with cuz were born on the same day..9 min. apart..stopped calling me and talking to me and hanging out with me. Sometimes I feel like crap. I mean..i know everyone will say..oh well then she's not a good friend and not worth it..Its just not that easy for me cuz I love her as my best friend..and weve done so much together. I just wish this weight will go away..i miss my best friend..i miss school (I'm homeschooled).. I miss looking pretty and fitting in cute clothes. sometimes I feel hopeless..but I need to start somewhere and what better time then now..I'm not going to set a certain time for me to reach my goal cuz i know I might have a few set backs. I'm 144.5 and 5'1"..My goal is 115..it was 110 but i want to have a little bit of a figure still on me.. ok thank you guys..so much...Chels
