Ht. 5'1", Start: 126 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i used to be thin but over the past 4 months i keep on gaining weight i dont no what to do, all my weight goes to my belly , my waist is 35 inches, is that to big, people have started to comment on my weight and poke my belly, it also hangs over my pants, how do i lose weight as i cant do much exercise only in my room, any diets or tips anyone can recomend please x x x x x
