hey i have a idea people eat what you want and just drink a gallon of water! dont be so hard on yourselves i know everyone wants to lose weight but come on be real we cant just leave the foods we love just liek that! i have tried it dont work.....so eat what you want and drink nothing but water that means no juice, soda, milkshakes, you can drink milk i guess, no beer lol jk, and soooooo on just water thats what im doing...i also threw away my scale im not tell you people to but its so i dont have to look at it and the urge to weigh myself....
