ive been over weight all my life i start weight loss programs all the time but there hard to stay on i try the hardest in the summer because schools out the food part is a so called easy thing to handal its the staying on track part with the working out i need some help how do it wrok out if people are always around me i like to work out by myself at home but and if i get a ride a go to a all girl gym so no guys can juge me what do i do i think i need a diet/ workout buddy
