Ht. 5'3", Start: 148 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 135 lb - okay so this year i've been dieting alot and i would lose about five pounds then quit and when school started in september i wasnt scared of gaining weight cuz i play soccer and my team had practices and games constantly. but after soccer finished i had no other way to exercise so i just stayed home.for the last three months i've been trying to diet but id quit as soon as i would lose motivation. when i weighed 148lbs i used think of myself as overweight and fat but now im 8 lbs heavier and relle afraid to gain anymore weight.can someone please me find a way to stay motivated and tell me a good diet plan cuz my new years resolution for next year is to finally stick to my diets and lose weight.
