Ht. 5'3", Start: 178 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay, so, I've been skinny my entire life. Like, really skinny, up until around 9th grade I started gaining wait, because I was always stressed out and depressed, all the time. Since, then, and I'm going in 11th grade next year, it's been gradually getting worse. I was 120 in 9th, and now I'm 178. I blame myself, though, because really all I do is eat, and eat, and eat. And watch movies, and go on the internet. I used to be VERY active, but I've been so annoyed, and upset with how much weight I've gained, that I just don't feel like doing ANYTHING. Does anyone have any inspiration, and tips for me? I really want to lose, at least 40 pounds before school starts again, if that's even possible. So any ideas?
