Ht. 5'3", Start: 146 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 112 lb - i gotta serious problem. i know HOW to lose weight. i really WANT to. i jsut cant KEEP myself on the same routine for a long time.& my paretns do NOT eat healthy what so ever!! &i htink exercising is boriong. i'd rather just goof off and hang out with my bff. i really dont look like i weigh that much( 145) i still have fat though. & my sister is getting MARRIED and GRADUATING from high school in the sameyear ( couple months of with each other.) and she's thin and smart and pretty.. its just a lot of pressure. i want to get healthier and im goign to high school next year.. its just really frusterating and idk what to DO!!
