Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi there. im kind of frustrated with weight loss right now. for the past 3 years or so ive been trying to lose weight but i never TRULY committed until about 3 weeks ago. Now, i jog for 20-30 minutes a day and really really watch what i eat. the first week, i lost a half inch (i dont have a scale so i measure my stomach). now nothing has been happening. i dont really have time to work out more than i do. hopefully i get out of this plateau somehow, and soon. i wear a size 8 currently. Do you think by mid June I could be a 6? How many inches are between pant sizes, does anyone know?
