Ht. 5'10", Start: 181 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys I'm having a really bad time losing weight. I just can't wait until the summer when I join the YMCA so I can hit the gym every day! Has anyone had any success with Billy Blanks's "TAE BO" workouts? I rented 2 of them from the library and really was hoping they would help! ThAnKs!!
