Ht. 5'9", Start: 268 lb, Today: 268 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Ok umm Ive posted on this almost 2 years ago and never really got back on.. Anyways, if you hadnt noticed im over weight i mean 14 years old 5 9 and 268 lbs like WOW. I need to lose weight badly. Im a freshmen in high school and im very popular. Only thing is Im fat.. All my friends tell me I would be even more amazing if I lost weight. There is this one girl I like a lot but is a good friend of mine and I am sure she wouldnt go out with me. Anyways before i get off topic. Ive been reading a lot of these other posts and most say eat 1200 calories a day. Well I dot know how many calories I eat a day so yea. Can you guys help me out on that part? Like tell me what I should eat every day. Umm I dont really like fruits and veggies. So... I have DDR but I dont play it as much as I should. I am scarred to run outside just incase one of my friends see me. Umm well thats it I guess I really want to lose weight so please help =]
