I would just like to sat a big good gratulations to the young adults who have reached their hoals.
I havn't been able to do that because I think Dieting is to hard.
To much preasure.

I am paranoyed and no I should do something.
My New years resolution was to lose weight for my holiday 07/03 this year.
My nan and grandad try and give m ecourage and something to push me towards losing weight.
This time they brought m ea bikini and they want me fitting in to itbefor I go away.
I want to reach that goal but dont think I have enough courage and the right mind to it
I need a diet plan and help
Does anyone have any advice

of course you have enough courage if you have a dream you can achieve it, but its up to you. you should maybe see a doctor or dietician if you are really serious about losing weight, but a good rule of thumb is to eat only when your really hungry. when you say "i feel like chocolate" its a craving and not hunger! hunger is when you feel a tingle in the tummy and you would just about eat anything! so eat when your hungry and only enough to just satify. eat little bits of food all day instead of huge meals too.
