Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 292 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Oof. The holidays really put on weight for me. I feel like a great big balloon, but I can't stop eating more and more... I need someone to talk to. Please help....

I believe that eveyones perfect but if u want to loose weight then excercise drink lots of water and dont give up.
