Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 73), Goal: 115 lb - At the start of the school year I started watching what I eat, reducing portions, etc. That went on for a few weeks and I lost some weight until my mom made me eat more because she thought I was becoming anorexic. I honestly think I wasn't because I was still eating plenty. I run and dance and I want to look better for prom, college and my solo performances coming up but I also just want to feel better and be more confident. My friends always make subtle and sometimes very hurtful comments about my size. Homecoming dress shopping with them was a nightmare. I don't know how to lose weight without my mom noticing. Help!

There re size w.t. charts, frames, 5'5, 125-130, lbs, 115 is a little skinny for your hight I'm 5'3.7 inches, I'm little shorter than you, that's difficult to lose w.t without your mom noticing I 'd ask a doctor or nurse what you should weight for your hight, body, frame bone type & chest area, BMI is not always accture.,
you lost 25 lbs!! again I 'd 125-130 lbs.
