Ht. 5'7", Start: 205 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I'm 13 and have been overweight if not obese for most of my life. I have tried loosing weight so many times I've lost track. At one point I was 175lb and was very motivated to loose weight I lost 15lb but quickly gained it back plus another 40lb. I have a school dance coming up in a few months and would love to lose 20lb by then. I also play softball and can't fit into my uniform without it being skin tight. I don't know what I can do to find motivation or something that will help me through trying to loose this weight. If anyone has any advise for me or anything that will help me get back on track to reach my goals I would love to hear them.

Just think of you and some one you like dancing at the dance. Your slim your beautiful and nothing can make the moment better. If you want to snack think of you looking like hunny boo boos mom.

Hi Sarah Im Whitney and I read your message about you wanting to lose weight and struggling with weight loss an how you lost weight but gained it back on, and I understand how much that really sucks cause the same thing keeps happening to me.
