Ht. 5'1", Start: 152 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 110 lb - Hello, I'm new here. :) I thought I'd ask for some advise on my biggest problem I've been having. I am losing weight, but I don't notice it on myself. I also can't envision what I will look like, and it scares me. I constantly see "success story" pictures, but I can't imagine myself thin because I haven't been since I was 7. I feel like this is holding me back and I don't know what to do. Help!

Hey, I hear you. I have lost at least 10lbs and I still look as chubby as ever! But just be reminded that you don't always lose fat in the same places. If you wear jeans, then get a size that just nearly fits you, after a while you might see that it fits you just fine, and soon it will be loose! Hope that helps:-)

I'm like that too! I have put I picture of a bikini that I'd like to be able to wear if I lost weight on my mirror. I guess everyone motivates themselves differently. My friend brought a dress in the dress size she wanted to be and hung it up in her room. I hope this helps and I hope you find your inspiration! Good luck x
