Ht. 5'8", Start: 216 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - I want to lose weight so badly that it's unreal. I want to look beautiful when beach season comes around. I want guys to want me, and girls to be jealous of what I look like. That's literally what I have dreamed about for so long now. I just can't lose the weight, it feels like I try so hard every time & it just never happens. I always cave in and end up eating bad food, and not working out. I don't know how to make myself stick to eating good and working out. I know that sounds dumb, but it's just so hard for me. I don't know what to do. I need to lose weight.

That's so crazy because that's the exact same way I feel. I live at the beach. The beach is 10 min from my house. So the pressure is on for me to be fit and healthy by the time its beach season. I have long ways to go. I weigh 206 lbs. at the moment. And I've lost 20 pounds in a month. You just need to stick to it. Think about if the unhealthy food your about to eat...its only going to be satisfying for a minute or two. But working out and eating healthy, that will be satisfying forever. You will see the difference in the long term. Don't give up. It's not all going to magically come off. It takes time. A lot of time. But its totally worth it. Stay strong and don't give up.

It is so not stupid!! I totally get where you are coming from and can relate, especially with beach season around the corner and my friends all being double zeros.. But if you have enough faith in yourself you can achieve it! I suggest going on tumblr in the morning or right before you go to sleep and look under their fitness motivation pictures girls on there can be really inspirational and they even have a bunch of before and afters! I suggest snap shotting them or taking pictures of them and looking at them whenever you feel like eating bad or don't feel like working out to inspire you! It almost 99% helpful but remember one cookie didn't make you heavy and one little cheat during a diet won't kill you! Remember don't deprive yourself n I hope everything goes well for yu!

If you really want to lose weight, you totally have the potential to! Trust me I'm in the position where you are right now where you just want to feel beautiful, especially for summer. So far, i have been able to lose 16 pounds and i am so proud of myself, but its all about the little goals. Take it one day at a time and you will get there!
