Ht. 5'4", Start: 278 lb, Today: 278 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 240 lb - Hey, i'm Rebecca. I weigh 270 pounds. i'm 17 years old. i'm a junior in high school. I am 5'4. I've been in PE for 2 years trying to loose weight. it's taking forever. I hate being obese it stresses me out lots!!!!!!!!! I get picked on everyday both at school and on the bus!!!!!!!!!!!! and it's hard to ignore them when they do it. I don't have a job. I just have to say obese sucks!!!! And i live in Twin Falls , Idaho.

I know exactly how u feel i weigh the exact same amount as you and i am ur age! wow haha! but i know how hard it is trust me I've been on every diet in the book! thats why there is this website for support! we are all in the same boat and we all have to take care of each other because no one else will. if u ever need support or help feel free to email me at Rachelwaldman14@gmail.com

Hey Rebecca I'm glad u want to lose the wt! you can do it! u have 34 lbs to reach ur 240 lbs here what works for weightloss, u should try doing small minin goals! 277 or 276 lbs that way u won't feel overwhelm for 5"4 healthy weight small frame 108 medium frame 120 lbs , thats healthy for 5"4 120 lbs by next year sometime for ur high school gruation u can be a lot healthier then you are now! eat small healthy portions drink lots of water excrsie take it easy start slow. I know u ll make to a healthy weight at somepoint , u want to lose the fat gain muscle.
