Ht. 5'7", Start: 283 lb, Today: 292 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - HEY GUYS HAVENT BEEN ON IN FOREVER I FEEL LIKE SINCE I STOPPED COMING ON HERE I HAVE GAINED EVERYTHING BACK I FEEL TERRIBLE AND I WAY MORE THAN I HAVE STARTED WITH I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE I HAVE LOST ALL HOPE AND I DONT KNOWI LOOK LIKE A HUGE WHLE AND FEEL LIKE PURGING NOW IS MY ONLY HOPE FOR LOSING WEIGHT

Shelby, if you purge, you're only going to hurt your body even more. Purging is NOT your only hope for losing weight. Get that out of your mind. Purging is self-destructive. It is absolutely not okay. Do not even think about it, it's just wrong.
Your only hope is actually to change the way you think about food. Food is not a reward nor a treat. It is fuel for your body to survive, and you should not abuse it. You need to recognize that the way you currently think about eating food is not right, and do something to change it. I strongly suggest you visit a counselor, a nutritionist or a medical doctor who can support you to lose weight. You may be very young to fully understand what you need to do to lose weight healthily (only 1-2 lbs per week), so you should get all the support that you need. I also think that your mental health has been affected because purging should never be an option to fix your weight. You must change your lifestyle and do it in a safe and healthy way that results in permanent weight loss. Please stay strong, Shelby. Understand that nobody is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. But there is always a solution.

Shelby no don't try purging that not a good thing to do, I tried anxoria it was horrible, I was losing my strenght, and I was losing my hair in a small pile, by piece, I was getting thin hair and it was getting dried, don't try that, please you will make yousself feel worse, what I did why I gained the weight back before , what foods will put the weight back on, and what foods won't put the weight back on, that what you need to do, calorie counting, drinking a lot of water will help You!! eat small helahty portionz sized foods, moration in junk food, its ok to have it once in a while !! is fine!!! sometimes I will have evry 3-4 mounths!!! what I would do is measure out your creal and half cup of 2% millk, don't lose hope!!! what I would suggest is check dElIA's catalog to movate you cut a picute of a pair jeasn, you hang it on your minnor!!!! , once you lose 140 lbs check them out!! they are really great!!!
remember weightloss is not going to happen overnight it will take time recmmand healhty weightloss is 1-2 lbs a week!!

Whatever you do, Shelby, don't purge. It really won't help anything. Is it that you just haven't applied yourself, or is it just impossible to lose weight, no matter what you try?
