Ht. 5'3", Start: 675 lb, Today: 675 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 400 lb - I found out today that I need to lose weight, I tried to walk up the stares in the local mall today and a quarter way up needed to rest, I live in a trailer park so we don't have stares. I was so embarrassed sitting on the busy stares. So im going to start to try and lose all my flab and get a little smaller. I like being big but Im too big now and need to get smaller.

Jacob,
you can do it. Just try to start out small, don't push yourself really hard. Try to start with easy, achievable goals. For example loose 1-2 pounds a week. Then as you get to where it is easier on you to exercise. Eat what you normally eat, but cut it in half and save the rest for later. If you need help I am here to help you.

I want to be big because I like being big but I know that Im too big today and its unhealthy. I try taking baby steps because walking starting to get very hard :( I don't want to end up like my mother

I agree with Jessica as far as excersice goes but, make a smaller goal to achieve first .. Because thinking about getting to 125 lbs when your 600 lbs and up is overwhelming. It's nice being comfratable in your own body/skin but 600 lbs is extreme and really un healthy. Hopefully you can lose your weight fast and everyone on the site is really encouraging. If you need someone to talk to I'm always here , I just don't post a lot (:

Jacob life change you wil need to do,
1 count calories
2 change your bad eating habits to healthy eating habits
3 drink lots of water
4 measure youself each time you lose a 100 lbs excrise start slow take baby steps walking, from your house to the mail box , if you have a silbing or a dog walk wiht them, ,, excirse for 5-10 miuntes then 25-30 then 50-60 miuntes, , DVD workouts,, 120 for 5'3 is healthy since your a male , I would go with 125 lbs.. Imange being healthy , just take this weightloss as a life change not a diet.
