Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - last week i went on vacation to florida and i wasnt eating the best but i wasnt eating horrible either. and i didnt workout that week but we also were going to disney world, sea world, and a water park so i didnt reall have time . and then i came home and weighed myself and it said 182! MY HIGHEST EVER!!! i was so depressed and on the verge of tears and hated myself so much. i really need help with this weightloss because im goin to vegas in december with family we dont see that often and i dont want to look like this in the pictures and i want them to remember me as the girl who lost weight not gained it. so please help i could use some good tips

You did help thanks! My mom told me shes trying to lose weight Cuz her works doingg it so now we have better food in the house. Thank you guys soooo much :)

Have faith. I know the feeling my mom had to cancel our Christmas pictures last year because I didn't lose the weight I was suppose to. Worst feeling ever. Taylor you can do anything you set your mind to. Take it day by day and don't over think anything. I watch this show called Extreme Makeover : Weight loss edition it's really inspiring. People lose massive amount of weight in a years time , it's crazy. They also give small tips during the commercial break so try that. It comes on Monday nights. (: hope I helped!

Small healthy poritzon sized foods, counting calories, excriseing start slow with it like walking from your house to the mail box til your body gets used to the excirse, you can do this!!!!! I know you can!!! what movates me is clothes!! dElIA's is a great store for teen girls our age group when you lose like 25-30 lbs or 40 lbs you ll want to get a new pair of jeans!! Taylor!!! drink lots of water ,, no seconds for meals,, that is the tip I use a lot!!! you need to find out what foods have you gian the weight back and what foods will keep it off!!
slow running jog, low calorie foods, a lot of watermelon will help you get the pounds!! off it is 46 calories banana is 110 calories, eat a lot furit like Blue berries raspberries, a lot of furit and vegtables 85%- 90% lean meat cut your meals in half.. don't give up!!!
