Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, I'm Jessica. I've been overweight for years. I kept going on diet's then breaking them within a week. It's really hard to stick with them. I finally decided a month ago to go back on a diet. I have lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks. I really want to stick with this diet this time and I have.

Thanks guys! I have been trying Jorge Cruise the 3 hour diet.I'm now on The belly fat cure. When you exercise and eat healthy you do lose more weight in a week.

Yes, you need to slow down and take it easy, don't forget exercise plus diet helps give amazing results. Good luck on your diet and im glad you have c hosen to start again(:

Hi I am Jessica too!!!!! you need to slow down a little bit, recmmand healthy weight loss 1-2 pounds!!! that you lost 9 lbs!!! keep going with your weight loss!! once you reach your weight loss goal Jessica!! why not try dELIA's or when you are 170 lbs, ,, they have sizes XS-2XL tops bottoms size 0-19)20).. I been overwright for almost six years,, I have lost more then two pounds!!!
