Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 184 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I find it funny that less than a year ago I was 111 lbs. and now I'm 180. I don't know what I want to do. I can't stop making these bad choices!

Try drinking water with lemon juice in it - it really keeps you full. If you really, really want to binge, start drinking water until you are stuffed.

Andrew don't beat youself up,, 100 lbs is to skinny for 5'6, you should do 130 pounds,, instead, sugarless gum,, helps ,, when you feel like binging,, Andrew, instead of chips, snack on furits, like strawberries, bananans, drink lots of water, excirse slow by walking, remmember weight loss does not happen over night, you can do this!! it takes a lot of fighting and effort,, I used to have an issue with eating too much, 85%-90% lean meat, is healthier, then 50% lean meat, don't give up!!!! remmeber small helathy portions, a lot of vegtables, like stemed, or broiled, go jumping up and down, less sugar, it never to late to replace bad choices,, you make better and healthy choicess, I once weighed 165 , lbs, couple years back, I was only 5'2, I am still trying to watch the clock,, how long I been sitting,, I used to sit like 3-4 hours ,, on the computer.
