Ht. 5'2", Start: 189 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - So ive been fat all my life and this year o finallyr decided to do something bit the the thing is I keep messing up. I,am Indian so we always eat rice and so I stopped amd I keep eating it. I walk home everydayfrom skool for 30mins but it does nothong .im to embarresed to go excercise in front of people and I cant afford to get a threadmill. Both my parents are overweight but im obeesed .I sick.and tired of alll the teasing .due to it im afraud to be myself around people. I seriously need help doing this.

Ani you do it! I know you can!! you lost 3 pounds!! instead of white rice try borwn rice, there are healthy Indian food, that are low calorie and healthy, vegertian soups, ravoil with spinsh no meat in it.. Drink lots of water, remember small healthy portions, for your hight, 95-100 pounds is an avage healthy weight for you.. But it depends on the bulit and your bone type, you can lose 50 pounds in 5 mounths if you work reall hard at it.. Start walking more often.. Jump rope,, make weightloss more fun! hair acceorriess for 5 pound loss, makeup for 15 pound weightloss, 20-25 0r 40 pounds new clothes!! I wanted to make weightloss fun.. Try a bubble bath at night, or do your nails.. You can do it!! Ani.]
