Ht. 5'9", Start: 353 lb, Today: 353 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Ever tried carrying around two hundred pounds? That's my life. I live everyday wish I could live a active, healthier life. My weight keeps me from doing ALOT of things! I can't go somewhere new without thinking am I going to be able to fit? Will the chairs break? I can no longer go to the movies because I can not bear to squish my fat into the little seat. I'm so sick of the weird looks. I'm tierd of my fat getting in the way of relationships. Ive always been BIG I had my first outbreak of stretch marks in the third grade.... I need support I can't do this on my own. I just want to be a inspiration to people, & live my life to the fullest && never regret a single moment!!

I know exactly what you mean. I am 374lbs myself, and life is a constant battle trying to fit into places like chairs, the bath tub, etc. When I was 325lbs, I got stuck in an amusement park ride, my friends abandoned me there, and it took 2 guys to get me out... I was so embarrassed. I can't do the things I want to do like amusement park rides, going to the movies, driving my car without my belly hitting the stearing wheel, date, go swimming, or go shopping or walk around/to anywhere without feeling winded. So far I have lost only 10 lbs, but I'm going to keep trying. Good luck to you, and I'm sure we can both reach our goals if we keep our minds to it!

You have the ability to do anything. You just have to want it enough. The motivation comes from within. It is the strongest form of motivation because it is what YOU want for yourself and no one else. Create a list of healthy rules like eat 1600 calories per day, stay away from sweets, and/or drink only water. Stick with it for a week. If u can do that you can do one more week and then another. You may lose the battle some days and slip up but always tell yourself you will win the war. Its how I lost 50 lbs. I believe in you.
