Ht. 4'5", Start: 398 lb, Today: 411 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - HELP ME!! I can't find any cloths! Pant's, shirts, bras, nothing. I am soooo fat! my thighs are enormous and my belly hangs to my knees. PLEASE GIVE MY ADVICE ABOUT CLOTHS!!! Tell me where to find shirts, pants, bras, and please tell me your method of loosing weight.

hello molly, i know that you are realy over weight am just 1 stone above my linit i dont eat much i can help u by telling you a diet wich realy helps, for breakfast eat a peace of frui and squash, for tea have plain rice and for supper eat fruit and squash i eat like that and i was 54 kg and now am 50kg and please ryply whem you have lost weight thank you

Try tracking your eating habits and weight. It might help you out a little. I heard of this great site for kids called mychildshealth.net they even give you rewards for signing on, blogging and recording your information. Check it out and good luck

Hi Molly! I have the same problem with buying cloths. However, to lose weight, I would suggest that you drink 8 cups of water a day. Also, I think that you should do light exercises every day, just make sure those exersises are not crunches! crunches just make you look fatter. Also, get at the least 9 hours of sleep each night. Don't forget that you should not buy any diet thing in the store AVOID ALL FOODS THAT SAY DIET. The diet company just wants money and the food doesn't work anyways. (I tryed the food) And for your clothes problem, try lots of different stores. Once I found a store that had a size XXXXL! I forgot what store that was through... Mostly, good luck reaching your weight goal! PS: try eating natural foods. They help you lose weight.
