Ht. 5'6", Start: 285 lb, Today: 293 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - *shyly and from behind my hair* Hi...I'm Katie. I won't post much but when I do I will have things to say. I am be coming painfully shy because of my weight. I am homeschooled and lazy :P. I have a boyfriend and a girlfriend. My GF lives 4 hours from me and is the sweetest girl ever. She is also skinny and I feel slightly awkward around her. My BF is a few states away so we don't see each other much. He is also skinny, however he is TO skinny and won't listen to me about it so :P on him. Sooo....um yeah...I am starting up my weight loss stuff again in hopes of it working this time.I might even walk the 1/8 of a mile to my apmrt's little fittness room and use the treadmill while blasting A7X in my head phones. byes for now!

Try tracking your eating habits and weight. It might help you out a little. I heard of this great site for kids called www.mychildshealth.net they even give you rewards for signing on, blogging and recording your information. Check it out and good luck

Dont be discourged, cut your large portions to small portions, drink lots of water, I believe you get to your goal weight, you can do it Kaite!!! jump rope, slow running, jog, walking, weight training, swimming, lefting weights, sccor, frisber.
Eat less, walk the dog, or your friend's dog or the neigbors dog, ask the neibors first and your mom and dad also.
