Don't do anything extreme. Quick fixes are NEVER successful. Trust me. It's not about dieting it's about changing how you eat and how you exercise. It's a lifestyle change. Because if you just "diet" and go back to how you ate before you'll most certainly gain the weight back. Congrats on losing all that weight, it's no easy task! Just eat good, exercise, and drink water. You know the phrase "eat less move more"? Well, I can attest to it's truthfulness. It is the secret to weight loss. It's working pretty good for me so far! Good luck! :)

That great that you lost 40 pounds Sade!! mini goals are a good step so that way you wont be disapointed that you did not make your big goal. I used to be 165 pounds last year. Start with 10 pounds by the end of the mounth you will want to lose 10 more. Drink lots of water, ride bike, walking, running, jog, scctor, Jump rope, stretchs. Swiming, kayking, boating, roller skateing, ice skateing, eat less. Dont give up reaching your goal. Dont be discourged.
I hope to have helped
