Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hi everyone. I have finally decided to loose some weight. I am obese. It feels so weird to type that. I am fat. I feel like we need to be able to accept that fact before we can work on actually loosing weight. I used to be so concerned if people could see how big I was. Who was I kidding? I am over 200 lbs. Obviously everyone can tell that I am fat. Who cares if you can tell I have a big belly. I am becoming more comfortable with my weight by admitting that I am obese and I need to do something about it. I need to stop eating so much and I need to stop sucking my stomach in all the time. I need to accept the body that I have and if I can't I should loose weight and not try to hide that with my clothes and my sucking my stomach in. I need to stop eating so much and snacking all the time and I really need to start exercising. I can bearly run because I am so big! I have already lost 5 pounds! If you have any suggestions for me let me know!

Dont be discourged we all have regurets, about our eating habits. You have lsot 5 pounds!! that a good start, drink lots of water, eat less, cut your meals with half meat and half vegtable, and half furit.. And a small glass of milk.. Fiber, walking, slow running and jog, ride bike, jump rope, strechs.. Less soda, eat salds with low calore dressing on the side.. Fuirt and vegtables. And lean meat. Blueberriss, raspberries, blacjberries, plums, Peaches. get stuff that is in sesean. Walk the dog your dog or your friend's dog or the neigbor's dog ask the neigbor's dog and your partens first.
