Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - i got on the scale today . . . i weight 204 ! yayyy which means 4 more pounds to goooooo !!!! and its still early in the month !! ohh yeahhh :D , i think im doing a great job (^-^) , even when people say negative stuff like "you dont look like you lost any weight" i dont feel any type of way anymore , cause they dont matter ! its your body not theirs, always remember that :))your the one working hard while their just sitting on their butt watching you ! thier not working out HARD and changing their eatting habbits YOU ARE ! so stop listening to what people tell you about YOURSELF , i love all of you and i believe you can do it just take it one step at a time :D

its easyy Kate , just cut out all the bad foods you eat SLOWLYY , and move more than you usually would :))

Wow Taylor congrualts on getting to 204 pounds.. I do get communtes like that sometimes..
Keep going , 118 pounds is healthy weight for 5'3 I am the height and almost same. Age..
