Ht. 5'1", Start: 151 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys. Ive been overeating and going off my diet so Ive gained weight. I know it says Im 150 but Im probably 154 now. I didnt want to gain weight but Ive ben so hungry. My belly looks quite larger and even shakes and wobbles when a walk. My thighs are bigger and so are my arms. My stomach hangs over my pants a little. But Im going to go on a diet which I eat only fruits and veggies and some carbs for a bit.

mt name is issy xx im 2 years younger than you but it will be one i and gust like you I didnt want to gain weight but I am always so hungry. But your diet sounds good to me but i will not make it as i can't seem to say NO IT FOOD but im am going to try your diet. thanks so much for the help

CupCake I have been cutting my meat in half, and have one half and the other for dinner soemtimes or for the next day..
Lean meat is healthy, Cupcake I say 107 pounds 5'1... If I was still that hight I would aim 107 pounds is a healhty weight for 5'1 dont give up... I told my friend last night not to give up.. And drink a lot of water, I know how it felt to have my stomach hang over my clothes.. Eat a lot of vetgables cooked in a healhty way that is comfort eating when you are upset.. I am willing to lose weight with you, swiming is a great excrise, bike, scctor, walk, running, and walk the dog friend's dog or your neighbors dog.. Jump rope, do strechs... Every time I do strechs, I do arms legs, and my back.. They are to get your body warmed up before you start excrisieng, I did this at Pe class.. I recmand strechs.. for weight loss, when you lose the weight you will noicte the diffterce in your legs, arms, and stomach, thighs.. I been eating small portions.. Ask yourself do I need this food? or is my brain just lying to me..
