Ht. 5'4", Start: 155 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - hey guys. i've been struggling with my weight for as long as i can remember. I've never been EXTREMELY fat but at the same time i've never felt comfortable in my own skin. I've tried so many different things to lose weight but its just so difficult for me to stick to my plans. There is this guy i really like in school and i dont want to do anything about it until im confident with my body. i know everyone says if he likes you he wont care, but i care. I'm self-conscious and i dont want a guys hand all over me when i feel fat and have blubber... any tips?

Do it for yourself if its truly for yourself then try but it technically says you are at a healthy weight
I am self concisous and dont like my weight but my statistics actually tell me I am over weight

Hey, if you wanna lose weight, then do it for yourself. Don't do it for some guy. Your friends are right, if he does like you, he would like you for who you are on the inside as well as the outside. He's not the right guy for you if he doesn't like you for how look.(does that make sense) If he's telling you to lose weight, you might be thinking that it's because he loves you, but it's not. He's saying it because he wants to impress his friends with a hot chick that that has a skinny waist that can fit into a bikini. Honestly, i don't think you need to lose weight, you should read read my bulletin post and then you'll see who reeeeeally needs to lose the weight.
