Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 273 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hey everyone. I can't seem to find any motivation. And when I start eating healthy, after like the second day, I just quit. And I start to think, is it really worth it to be skinny? All you people who have lost a significant amount of weight, is it worth it? I need some encouraging words, anyone care to give me any?

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm going with eating healthy one day and not so healthy the next =P But my motivation is that, you can feel healthier, happier and more comfortable, if you think that's right for you. Also, you don't have to try to find clothes to cover problem areas, and you can go to the beach, for example and just not have to think about your body the whole time. Regardless, if you can do that at any weight, kudos to you. But for some of us, it's easier when we've lost a bit of weight. So you wouldn't have to spend your days constatly thinking about yoru weight. You can actually live life and not be held back by your fears or timidity. Again, we should all be able to go out there and feel happy and comfortable, regardless of our bodies, but some of us need that extra little push. Don't worry! There's millions of success stories out there! Here's to hoping yours is next! xo ~ Juliette ;)
